Hi, I'm Kadir Katırcı.

About Me

Hi, I'm Kadir Katırcı.

Writing as Tedai Tesnim

Tedai Tesnim? I'm not sure such a person exists. And that's exactly the point.

Nothing I create belongs entirely to me. Every idea carries traces of conversations, books, questions asked by others, and thoughts that arrived uninvited. Claiming sole authorship felt dishonest. So I didn't.

Tedai Tesnim is the name for everything that emerges in the space between me and everything that shaped me.

As a child of this age where boundaries dissolve, meaning grows transparent, and everything begins to connect with everything else, thinking across all of it and making something of it is the only honest response.

01 - What I mean

The edges are where things get interesting.

001

Where boundaries used to be

The most interesting things don't live inside a discipline. They live where two worlds haven't fully separated yet - or have just started to merge again.

002

Where meaning runs deep

Underneath the surface, things echo. The same pattern appears in code, in a photograph, in a philosophical argument. Recognizing that echo is where real understanding begins.

003

Where everything connects

Nothing stands alone. An idea from one field quietly solves a problem in another. Following those invisible threads is not a method - it's a way of being.

02 - How I move

Not a straight line. A loop - each turn deeper than the last.

Adapt

Something shifts - a new tool, a new reality, a boundary that no longer holds. The instinct isn't to resist. It's to step inside and look around.

Learn

Not from scratch every time. Each new thing finds its place within a growing web of connections. The deeper the web, the faster meaning forms.

Act

Waiting for complete understanding is waiting forever. You move with what you have, and the moving itself reveals what was hidden.

Refine

Done is not finished. Every output is a question asked back at itself. Returning, deepening, finding what was almost said - this is where something becomes real.

↺ and back to the beginning, one layer deeper

03 - What I bring

In an age where most tasks can be automated, the question isn't what you can do - it's what you carry.

Curiosity that doesn't stop at the surface

Not satisfied with the first answer. Not comfortable with borrowed meaning. Always one layer deeper.

Comfort with dissolving boundaries

When a field loses its edges, most people feel lost. I feel at home.

The ability to hold complexity without collapsing it

Not every tension needs to be resolved. Sometimes the most honest thing is to sit with it until it reveals itself.

The courage to mean something

Not content. Not output. Something that carries weight, leaves a trace, and was worth making.

Skills & Expertise

Over the years, I've developed expertise across multiple domains. I'm constantly learning and expanding my skill set, driven by curiosity and a desire to create meaningful work.

My technical skills are complemented by a strong foundation in writing and visual storytelling, allowing me to approach problems from multiple perspectives.

04 - How I think

Questions before answers. Always.

The boundary is where the question lives

The most generative questions sit at the edge of what a field can answer on its own.

Meaning doesn't announce itself

It has to be drawn out slowly, carefully, without forcing it into a shape it doesn't want to take.

Everything is connected until proven otherwise

The assumption isn't separation - it's relation. What links these two things? That's always the first question.

Thinking is not complete until it takes a form

An idea that stays inside is unfinished. Writing it, building it, photographing it - that's how it becomes true.

Journey So Far

05 - What I do

Three lenses. One mind behind all of them.

01

Developer

Code is where logic meets its limits - and gets creative. Every system built is a question about how things relate, how they hold together, and what breaks when they don't.

02

Writer

Writing is where meaning tries to survive the journey from inside to outside. Not all of it makes it. But the attempt itself is always worth something.

03

Photographer

A photograph is a decision about what deserves to exist in memory. I point the camera where the boundary between seeing and feeling becomes thin.

06 - What I offer

The right questions, applied.

AI

We are not adapting to AI. We are being redefined by it. Understanding what it can do, what it cannot, and where the two meet is no longer optional - it is the new literacy. I help individuals and organizations find their place in that shift, not as followers of it, but as architects of it.

Strategy

Before the how, the why. Before the plan, the question that makes the plan worth having. Strategy is not a document - it is a clarity that makes every decision easier and every action more intentional.

Consulting

Clarity is only valuable when it lands somewhere real. I work with people and organizations to translate thinking into direction, and direction into movement - without losing the depth along the way.

Mentoring

Not teaching what I know. Opening the space where someone finds what they already carry. The most meaningful thing one mind can offer another is not an answer - it is a better question.

Thinking across all of it leaves traces. Here are some of them.
